½ pound rigatoni or macaroni noodles, cooked
2 cups diced, cooked ham
2 cups grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup whole milk
1 cup peas
½ teaspoon dried sage
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1) Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a casserole dish.
2) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Transfer to prepared dish. Bake uncovered until bubbly and golden, about 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and serve.
